What we can and cannot help with
We are an independent editorial site, not a store, a manufacturer or a repair service. We cannot sell you anything, process an order, supply a gasket or a gauge, or handle a warranty claim. For those, contact the retailer or the manufacturer directly, since they hold the order and the warranty.
We also cannot judge the safety of a specific jar, batch or recipe by email. Whether food is safe depends on acidity, processing time, altitude and what actually happened in your kitchen, and no one can see that from a distance. When in doubt about a jar, the safe answer is not to taste it, and the right place for recipe and safety questions is the National Center for Home Food Preservation or your county extension office.
